My inquiry for an estimate was answered within an hour of when I requested it — on a Sunday! The owner, Rosa, was very polite and professional, promptly provided me with an estimate by email, and assured me that she and her crew could complete my bathroom renovation work by the deadline I requested. She was a creative and collaborative partner in developing a plan with me for the project and in solving various problems that were encountered while the job was being done. On the first day the work was to begin, Rosa arrived with her crew members to make sure they understood the work required and what my specifications were, as well as where they should set up their equipment and how to protect the flooring in my house while they walked in and out. On each subsequent work day, Rosa called me at 8:00 a.m. to let me know who would be doing the work and what time they would arrive. Anytime the crew or I had a question during the work day, Rosa was available by phone — or by FaceTime if she needed a visual of the issue in question. I never once felt deserted or put off or ignored. Even when the crew was delayed one morning, she called me twice with updates of their arrival time. Amazing! From the beginning and throughout the project, Rosa was dedicated to making sure that the job was completed on time (two days early!) and that I was happy with the results. I highly recommend SpiceGirl Remodeling and Design. Believe me: You won't be disappointed!

We highly recommend SpiceGirl Remodeling. They are currently working on two bathrooms in our aging home. Rosa has such terrific ideas and recommendations. In addition to the bathrooms, they have installed flooring throughout the house and will be doing work in our kitchen as well. Rosa and Jason don't miss a detail, and their crews are thorough professionals and do an amazing job. They have worked closely with us every step of the way. They really listen to what we want and give great recommendations that stay within our budget. The work is progressing really quickly. I'll upload more pictures once the work is complete.

This company was recommended by two friends. The consultation was prompt and professional. The flooring was replaced professionally. They left my home extremely clean considering that old tile floors had to be removed before installation of new porcelain floors. When additional issues were discovered, the info was promptly relayed to us with a solution. The new floors look great! I would highly recommend this company.
